I'm Dr. Tamika Scott, executive mindset coach, entrepreneur, and this is Baseline and Boundaries, the mindset revolution . Season one was powerful. We peeled back the layers on self-sabotage and limiting beliefs.
We talked about redefining self-worth, learning how to actually trust a compliment you receive. We explored how positive thoughts can stand on their own without weighing down from all the past out. And we even made space to talk about trauma. You know, the kind that people assign to you, as well as the kind that lingers.
Even when you don't know how to name it. Now in season two, we're stepping into the reset, not because something is broken, because trust me, [00:01:00] nothing is. But because every bold leader person deserves a space to recalibrate our minds, they offer us thousands of thoughts a day. Some are productive and others can be sabotaging.
I like to call it mind drama or a negative or unproductive thought, and that's normal too. The reset is how you choose to respond to those thoughts, to pause, to shift and realign with who you actually are and how you wanna show up, not just a version of you that is on autopilot. And this season, I wanna guide you through short and powerful episodes, designed to interrupt the spiraling and reconnect us all to our purpose.
I'll be reflecting on coaching moments, some leadership lessons, and some insights from some powerful leaders that we all know. And of course, it [00:02:00] wouldn't be. An episode or two where I'm not talking about my forever. First Lady, Michelle Obama. We'll talk about grief, clarity, and confidence and how reset is not a reward, it's a strategy.
